Well this is just sad. After one year of operation, the charming teensy local coffee shop Seven Sisters on Mills Ave is closing. They're not going away, just closing their location. They'll be selling their coffee in another business. Here's the letter. Friends,
This month marks the one-year anniversary of Seven Sisters Coffee opening our doors at 911 N. Mills Avenue. The year has been an exciting, life-altering and fabulous one!
Those of you who have graced this little independent coffee house and kept coming back have proven to be the most devoted and supportive customers any business could hope to enjoy. Meeting, serving and becoming friends with you has created the most precious memories at Seven Sisters.
As this anniversary approached and we revisited our business model, it became apparent that some significant changes needed to be made. Unfortunately, to make these changes requires closing at our current location.
Seven Sisters Coffee House will be open through this coming week and winding down to close at the end of business Friday evening, February 26.
What’s next? We’re staying in the area and in the coffee business. Our full and half-pound bags of your favorite Seven Sisters whole bean coffeewill be available in a soon-to-be-announced upcoming business and, of course, are available through our website: www.SevenSistersCoffee.com.
Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of Seven Sisters Coffee this past year. Each of you has brought unique character that added to the warmth and richness of the coffee house.
Be well, do good deeds, share fine coffee,
Alisha Kearns
