The very-informational "Whats Up, Downtown?" is held on the first Thursday of every month at 8:30am. Its a free-coffee, downtown-centric gathering put on by the Downtown Development Board where area businesses, orgs and more get up in front of a small audience and share insightful tidbits about what they're doing. Its normally held at the Downtown Orlando Information Center (Seaside Plaza at 201 S. Orange Ave., Ste 102; at the corner of Orange Ave. and Church St.)
