Job: SAK looking for Production/ Office Assistant (Being funny not required)

SAK Comedy Lab is seeking a pleasant and eager individual to fill the position of Production/ Office Assistant.

This is a part time position offered at 24-28 hours per week. Compensation is an hourly rate and will be discussed on interview.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Phone reception and show reservation taking.
Slice of Life coordination
Assignments as directed and assistance as assigned by
Director of Sales and Events, Managing Director and Director of SAK University.
Filing
Office Projects as assigned
Coordination of Corporate Bookings (Contracts, Payments, Project/File Maintenance, etc.)
Coordination and updating of Player schedule
Periodic and regular website updates

Applicants must have knowledge and experience with Mac Operating Systems and computers; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Entourage.
Experience with ftp (Fetch on the Mac) interface or willing to learn.
Prefer knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design with some layout and graphic experience.

Experience with PC platforms ideal.

The more you can do the better, but successful and pleasant guest and co-worker interaction and professional phone demeanor a must. Must be flexible, patient, proactive and industrious. Production Assistant duties can and will include a little bit of everything as is common in the entertainment industry.

Position available starting April 15th. Possible earlier start to facilitate additional training.
