An invitation from curator Dustin Orlando of the new gallery Neon Forest to join him in a weekly arts and crafts Bazaar. Remember, the gallery's opening party is June 19th.
Dear Orlando Creatives,
The Neon Forest is currently in the process of forming a weekly arts and crafts bazaar to be held every Sunday, in the private parking lot of our new gallery space located at 1741 S Orange Avenue, just 1.5 miles south of Downtown.
We are looking for creative people that would like to showcase and sell their goods and services on a regular basis. We have 20 10ftx10ft spaces available and we are hoping to find the right vendors to help us make this, one of the most unique and most talked about weekly bazaars in central Florida.
Space rental will be no more than $30 per vendor, and we do ask that you provide your own tables and tents, however we can provide these for you at an addition charge. All vendors keep 100% of the profits from their sales!
The parking lot holds up to 200 people, and we will allow entry / access to the gallery every week so that vendors and patrons can get out the sun, use the restroom, and see the art we have on exhibit! All marketing materials will be designed and paid for by us, plus we will create an entire brand identity around the bazaar, with tons of web presence and local publication presence to help you help us spread the word.
Other plans for the bazaar include, weekly DJ's & live musical performances, artists painting live, photo booths, dunk tanks and more. We would like the bazaar to be pet and kid friendly as well and would consider renting space to those that provide services for both.
