People of all professional backgrounds are turning to food carts
to earn a living when they can't find a job in their chosen
profession. In San Francisco, there are people selling
home-baked pies and freshly made Vietnamese sandwiches from
pushcarts and even to some restaurants. I want to find who
else is getting into the street vendor/food cart operator because
of the economy. And where are they around the globe? Please get
in touch if you know of possible interviewees. Global responses
encouraged.
