Matthew Young was a SAK improvisor from 1991 until 1996 when he moved to Los Angeles with several other SAKsters (Wayne Brady, Jonathan Mangum, Joel McCrary, Dave Russell, Clare Sera and Danno Sullivan) to form the comedy group Houseful of Honkeys. During his time in LA, Matt has appeared in more than 50 national television commercials and on shows like How I Met Your Mother, Without a Trace, and Desperate Housewives.
