Call to Writers: Looking for Comedy Sketches. Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota, Florida is looking for sketch writers to submit their work to "Laughing Matters - Unconditional Surrender 2010."

"We are looking for sketches with political and social concepts at the local, regional, and national levels. We are also looking for musical parodies and original songs, preferably in the Broadway style. Please send original sketch samples (preferably by video, but paper samples are fine too) to acayo@floridastudiotheatre.org.About the Show
The deadline for submission is October 1. We will be working on the show throughout the spring. On average, 1 in 5 pieces submitted makes the show. Selected writers will be paid royalties based on time of your material in the show."
