The 4th annual City of Orlando Hispanic Heritage Month kickoff was 5-7:30pm Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at the City Hall Rotunda, 400 South Orlando Avenue. It runs from September 15 to October 15, 2010. The purpose of this month is to celebrate the influence of Hispanic culture in Orlando. The kickoff featured food from local Hispanic vendors as well as a showcase of Hispanic art and performances.
