The Park Plaza Gardens restaurant (319 South Park Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789-4317) invited me to lunch one day in August to discuss their restaurant and meet their general manager. (Full disclosure: the meal was comped for me.) Its a lovely space right smack dab on Park Ave in Winter Park. The front sidewalk is covered in outdoor tables and chairs, the middle is a dark pub and the rear is a light-filled atrium room. You'd think the place was pricey, but really, its not that high. I'd go back, even if I wasn't comped. Below is what I ordered and ate:
