This established community event has been hosted for the last 20 years by our partners at Second Harvest Food Bank.

About the Coalition: The scary reality is that 172,000 people in Central Florida (1 in 5) are hungry. You may be surprised to learn how much hope a simple meal of soup, salad, and bread can represent to those who face hunger, homelessness and poverty in our community. Every day, our hungry neighbors make difficult choices between buying for food for their family or paying rent. Last year, Coalition for the Homeless helped alleviate the stress of making these unimaginable decisions by providing over 300,000 nutritious meals to hungry men, women and children.
