Did you know Tijuana Flats, the restaurant with the large, laminated and utterly confusing menu, is locally-owned? News to me. More news is that they're debuting their new New Orleans concept, Tibby's New Orleans Kitchen in Orlando, too. The place is 3,500 square feet, will employ 40 people and serve New Orleans-style food at its new home at 2203 Aloma Ave. Source
