Big Wheel Provisions (twitter) held a media preview and tasting Friday March 11, 2011, in the parking lot of Mamma's Sauce (twitter). We tasted their chicharrones, crispy pork belly lettuce wraps and one giant cookie, all delicious, and washed it down with a Mexican Coke (pure sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup). The truck opens March 16, 2011 at the corner of Orange and Washington and will of course be at our TheDailyCity.com Orlando Food Truck Bazaar. They take credit and cash.
