The Orange County Regional History Center has a new exhibit about the folks who run the White House on a daily basis called The Working White House running through May 29, 2011. It consists of several tall photo walls taking you through various presidential periods, each describing the life of a White House staff employee.
The center is hosting an event called "White House Egg Roll in Heritage Square" on Saturday, April 23, 2011. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. "Celebrating a historic White House tradition when it hosts The Working White House: 200 Years of Tradition and Memories exhibition, the History Center invites families with children ages 12 and under for an egg roll in the park and an egg hunt in the museum, plus other fun activities for everyone including a visit from the Easter Bunny. Included in general admission; up to 4 children free with paid adult admission.
