BarCamp Orlando 2011 at Wall Street Plaza Downtown

BarCamp Orlando was Saturday April 2, 2011 at Wall Street Plaza. Hundreds of attendees meandered from brief class to brief class, learning everything from programming to photography. Each class is 20 minutes long, you can leave at any time, and the topics can be anything. The teachers are just folks who showed up early (9:30am) and signed up to teach something. We signed up late in the day to not teach a class, but to just talk about what all went into putting together our first TheDailyCity.com Orlando Food Truck Bazaar, how the event turned out, what we learned and some take-aways the talk's attendees could learn from.
Before the classes began, folks chit-chatted in the glorious sun
Classes took place inside and out along Wall Street Plaza
Free food was provided to the attendees
Their t-shirts, stickers and logo were great
At the end of the day, all the time slots were filled up.
