All Time Low (MyspaceWebsite) rocked the stage at the House of Blues in Orlando this past Friday, April 1. All Time Low is a Maryland pop-punk band and comprises of singer/guitarist Alex Gaskarth, guitarist Jack Barakat, drummer Rian Dawson, and bassist Zack Merrick. The members created the band while in high school in 2003. All Time Low has played at multiple Vans Warped Tours, co-headlining the AP Tour 2008, and a series of their own national and international tours. All Time Low was named in 2008, Band of the Year by Alternative Press.

Friday’s sold-out show was part of All Time Low’s “The Dirty Work Tour” with special guests Yellowcard, Hey Monday and The Summer Set. After roughly a 30-minute break after the last supporting band’s set, fans yelled with extreme excitement when the curtains pulled away from the stage and members from All Time Low were in sight. All Time Low started their set with Time Bomb, a track from the band’s forthcoming album, “Dirty Work”. Afterward, the band played a combination of songs from various albums such as Damned If I Do You (Damned If I Don't), Lost In Stereo, Sick Little Games, A Party Song, Break Your Little Heart and Weightless from the 2009 album, “Nothing Personal” and Let It Roll, Poppin’ Champagne, Remembering Sunday, Six Feet Under The Stars and Dear Maria, Count Me In from the 2007 album, “So Wrong, It’s Right” and Coffee Shop Soundtrack and Jasey Rae from 2006 album “Put Up or Shut Up”. Also, there were surprises in the show. For instance, Alex did an acoustic cover of Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream and after that, performed Remembering Sunday featuring special guest, Cassadee Pope of Hey Monday.

All Time Low gave a great, fun and energetic performance and even, a comedy show. The band members are hilarious, one of the funniest bands I’ve seen live. Within a few minutes, lead singer Alex and Jack mocked each other about how cool the other thought of himself and talked about other topics such as Justin Bieber dolls, bras, nuts (not the ones you purchase at a grocery store), and a panda hat. All Time Low gave a really fun and funny show. Lastly, the whole concert was a blast and all of the bands, All Time Low, Yellowcard, Hey Monday and The Summer Set all gave amazing performances and are great bands to watch live.
