First it was a food truck pod of 6 food trucks in a parking lot, then Firestone added a full bar to the mic. Now starting Wednesday May 11, 2011, their adding music and giving it a name: "The Tastes and Sounds of Downtown." The time remains the same: every Wednesday 6pm - 10pm. There will be beer, wine, liquor, live music and the following food trucks: Red Eye BBQ, Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, The Crooked Spoon, Big Wheel Provisions, The Treehouse Truck and Korean BBQ Taco Box.
