Coinciding with the
American Cut Glass Association's National Convention in Orlando, July 27 - 29, 2011 and organized by the Sunburst Chapter of the American Cut Glass Association, the
Orlando Museum of Art is presenting "Expressions in Glass: American Brilliant Cut Glass 1876-1914" June 25 through August 21, 2011. The museum is located at Orlando Loch Haven Park (2416 North Mills Ave.). Gallery Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm, Saturday & Sunday Noon - 4pm. The exhibit will present some of the finest examples of cut and engraved glass from 1860s - 1920s. It all comes from private collectors in the Southeast associated with the American Cut Glass Society.
