Dr Phillips Center for Performing is celebrating their groundbreaking June 23, 2011 5:30pm-7:15pm and hosting community open houses June 24th, 11am-2pm and June 25th, 12pm - 4pm. All three events take place on Magnolia Ave. between South and Anderson Streets.
