Close to the intersection of I-4 and John Young Parkway, across the street from the jail, is a neighborhood of metal buildings, parking lots, heavy machinery graveyards, giant piles of dirt and general construction ephemera. The streets were freshly paved. When we toured the area, we saw no one, save for 5 people sitting in a truck in the street waiting for something and one guy towing the hull of former Disney bus. The area is bound on three side by 36th St., Gardenia Ave. and 39th St. MAP
