The Mills50 neighborhood is putting into action a program of turning it's plain jane electrical boxes into pieces of art. We caught one artist in-action at the corner of Mills and Marks and spoke to him about his work and the program a few weeks ago. He pointed us to a few other painted box locations as seen below.
