Winter Springs Festival of the Arts, a juried and invitational visual art show, is October 15-16, 2011, 10am - 5pm, at Winter Springs Town Center (SR 434 and Tuskawilla Rd). It's presented by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce and is one of the first shows of the season. Admission is free. Parking is free and at Winter Springs High School. Pets, bicycles, and skateboards are not allowed on Blumberg Blvd. during festival hours. Food is available for purchase.
