The Orange Ave Gym will showcase the best of Central Florida fighters in multiple fighting disciplines at this weekend’s “The Right to Fight!” which is anticipated to be a major Mixed Martial Arts event.
The fight, which takes place at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Orange Ave Gym, includes such disciplines as Muay Thai, Boxing, Jujitsu, and Bare Knuckle Fighting. This event is sanctioned by the USMTA. and the winner will receive the certified belt.
General admission for the public is $20. The gym is located at 1616 N. Orange Avenue in Orlando. Seating is limited. Call 407-601-5919. “MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world and our facilities offer a great, up close and personal experience as participants challenge each other in their respective fighting disciplines,” said Joyce Ferngren, co-owner of the Orange Avenue Gym. “We’ve got both a boxing ring and a cage and plenty of seating so no one will miss a move. We’re very excited that we’ll have some of the best fighters here in our facility.”
