The food truck Carobama is opening a BBQ sandwich shop inside the North Quarter Market, a charming coffee shop and retail space on the 1st floor ofNORA Apartments at 855 N. Orange Avenue. The expected opening date is January 5, 2018. A dedicated employee of Carobama will man the counter and make the sandwiches. The food truck will still be in operation around Central Florida. The sandwich area will take up the left corner of the main market counter. The market saw the recent exit of grocery purveyor Farmacy.
