ReThinking the City at Urban ReThink

"ReThinking the City" is a monthly talk held at Urban ReThink featuring three invited speakers to speak about what they're doing in their city to make it better. Two locals present in person and the third, from out of town, presents through Skype.

At the Tuesday August 23, 2011 meeting, John Rife spoke about the benefits of eating local and his projects, Winter Park Harvest Festival and Eat Local Week. Our owner Mark Baratelli spoke about Mobile Art Show, this website and our food truck pod and bazaars. The third speaker from Pittsbughe spoke about Waffle Shop and Conflict Kitchen.
