Waldorf Astoria Food & Wine Weekends

The Waldorf Astoria Orlando's Food & Wine Weekends run Sept. 30 - Oct. 30, 2011. The first event, Grand Pairings, is Friday, Sept. 30, 2011 inside their Bull & Bear® restaurant$199 per person (tax and gratuity included). A portion of the proceeds for the Grand Pairings event will benefit Bridges of Light Foundation. Space is limited. To reserve your seat call 407-597-5409.


About: It's a six course pairings menu prepared by Chef David Sears, acclaimed executive chef of Bull & Bear. Each course is paired with a selection from the Stags Leap Winery.

After the dinner, guests can enjoy live entertainment in Peacock Alley as well as "Up Late at Sir Harry’s – A Food & Wine Culinary After-Glow event." That begins at 10pm.
