Mike Cantone Announces Mayor Campaign

Mike Cantone will formally announce his campaign for Mayor of Orlando on Tuesday, October 4^th at noon.  Cantone currently consults Florida non-profit organizations and has previously served as Political Director for Orlando-based Organize Now as well as the Political and Targeting Director for a national consulting company in Orlando. Cantone is running for mayor to offer a clear alternative to the status quo under Mayor Dyer and will kick off a bold new vision for Orlando that can be found at MikeCantone.com. Cantone is a member of the local Democratic Party and recently stepped down from the board of the Orange County Democrats as Campaigns Chair to launch his campaign. A few weeks ago, Cantone was able to pass a resolution against Mayor Dyer and the City Commission, with an overwhelming majority of party members.
