TOMORROW NIGHT: Help a Hernia With Hilarity

On Sunday October 23, 2011, at 7pm, four improv groups you saw at the 2011 Orlando Improv Festival will be performing to benefit one improvisor in town who has not one, but two hernias, and zero insurance. The event takes place at Put a Cork In It wine bar (7339 W. Sand Lake Rd) located in the Rialto Plaza next to Ocean Prime. The groups include The Random Processes, Hot McCartney and Droll Academy and FreeForm Improv Theatre (performing Family Drive: The Musical). Tickets are $5 in advance or $10 at the door.

All proceeds from the event go to support Greg Yates and his battle against hernia's. In fact the entire event was created just as an excuse to raise money for Greg. If you didnt already know from twitter or hotornot.com Orlando's own flanneled shirted improviser Greg Yates has not one but two hernia's and no insurance to pay for expensive hernia surgery. So come out and have a drink and watch some comedy to support Greg!

In addition to the comedy show the event will also include a silent auction for lots of goodies donated from some of Orlando's largest corporations and some small ones too.
