Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen Open in Winter Park

Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen is now open to the public on Park Ave in Winter Park. The farm-to-table breakfast and lunch menu consists mostly of scratch-made dishes developed by the company’s culinary team and lead by Collette Haw, Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate, with an overarching theme of healthy eating with an emphasis on quality ingredients.  Organic, all-natural and locally sourced products are used whenever possible. 

The lunch menu includes shared plates, soups, salads, paninis and tartines, while the breakfast menu includes fresh-baked daily pastries, unique egg dishes and several healthy bowls.  There is also a decadent dessert menu, which includes signature items such as the Turkish Latte Pot de Crème as well as classics, such as warm apple pie and homemadecheescake.  Many of the dishes are designed to be shared and lend themselves to various pairing combinations, giving customers the opportunity to explore the menu in different ways each time.
