The new album from Dirty Projectors, 'Swing Lo Magellan', was released yesterday, and the music press is pretty unanimous in its praise. Best New Music at Pitchfork; A- at AV Club; over a thousand words of positivity from Stereogum. Not too shabby at all. Fortunately, as we mentioned a while ago, they're coming to town in August, so you can see what all the fuss is about. The huge buzz currently surrounding the band means that tickets for this show will move very quickly, so make sure you get yours soon.
