November 19, 2011, at 4pm, the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra will continue to celebrate their 55th Season with the annual Concerto Competition Concert at College Park Baptist Church. This free recital gives you the rare opportunity to hear Central Florida’s finest young musicians as they step out of their orchestral roles and compete as soloists. The recital is the final step in the FSYO’s annual Concerto Competition, where the winning student will earn the opportunity to play his concerto with the FSYO’s Symphonic Orchestra in this season’s final concert. About: The Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra focuses on educating, inspiring and encouraging young musicians in Central Florida. The FSYO program consists of three full orchestras, a string orchestra and various chamber groups.
