We, along with WKMG and Real Radio 104.1's The Phillips Phile, were Media Sponsors for A Gift For Teaching's Fall Fund Drive called the 2011 Push Campaign. They raised $111,000 and collected more than 1.2 million school supplies to help send local students to school with the tools they need. Frankly, we were honored to be asked to help and thus were flabergasted when they presented us with a thank-you gift: a lovely framed certificate. (Yes thats Starbucks in the background!) Its fun to write about trends and fun stuff in the city, but it's even more fun to help out charities like A Gift For Teaching.
