Orlando Food Truck: Vietnamese Saigon Sizzle Debuts

We told you about the coming Vietnamese food truck without a name, then we told you its name as soon as we found out: Saigon Sizzle (Facebook | Twitter). Now we can tell you when and where it will have its Florida debut: The Manatee Festival January 28-29, 2012 in Orange City. 


The menu will include Banh Mi (Grill Chicken, Pork or Beef on the french baguette), Vermicelli Noodle, Tacos, Pho ( the famous Vietnamese beef soup), Barbecue Pork Bun, Hot dog bun, fruit sorbet in the real fruit shells and bubble tea.

Orang City is also a new monthly stop on The Food Truck Bazaar's tour. The first stop for Orange City will be in March.
