The Heir Jordan VIP event kicks off the All-Star weekend on Thursday, Feb.
23 at 10 p.m. with sounds provided by the world famous DJ Clue and DJ Jesse
Marco. Comedian Kevin Hart and actress Tichina Arnold are just of few of the
