Just in time to grab a quick meal to-go (5pm-8pm) before the Oscars and the All Star Game, The Food Truck Bazaar (Twitter, Facebook) makes a stop in Lake Nona Sunday February 26, 2012, 5pm-8pm, at CrossPointe Church, 11002 Lake Hart Dr, Orlando, FL.
MARCH 20th: HOW TO START A FOOD TRUCK
What to Do: Expect to wait in long lines. Some trucks will run out of food. Bring chairs, tables, tents: think tailgating. Expect loud lawn mower-sounding generators. Most trucks take credit cards. All trucks take cash.
The Trucks: Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, Sanford Rouge Cafe Express, Melissa's Chicken & Waffles, Saigon Sizzle, Twisted Cuban, The Crooked Spoon, The Flattery, Bistro Babes, GastroTruck, Fantastic Hummus, Beard Poppa, Sit & Stay Pet Cafe, Pop Craft Artisen Popsicles, Tastebuds. ALL SUBJET TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Private Events: If you like what you see at the bazaars, Mark can put together events large and small for you. He can be your one contact person who handles the entire truck aspect of your event for you. Clients include Visit Orlando, UCF, Valencia, Town of Harmony, City of Edgewood and more. Email Mark for details.
How do I get my truck into the bazaar?
Food truck or food cart owners (no tents or table vendors) submit photos and menus to the Producer for consideration. If there's further interest, a private tasting is conducted. Invitations are issued based on the needs of the bazaar and are at the sole discretion of the producer. What we look for: creativity, originality, fan base.

History
Mark Baratelli has been a proponent of food trucks dating back to 2009 when he started hosting food truck meetups called Taco Truck Taste Tests. He'd ask readers of TheDailyCity.com to meet up at trucks all over the city, one truck at a time, and try the food. In doing so, he got his readers to explore new parts of the city, support small businesses and raise awareness of our city's food trucks scene at the time. That same year e applied the idea of mobile vending to art and created TheDailyCity.com Mobile Art Show. On March 29, 2011, he combine the idea of the Hells Kitchen gourmet food truck bazaar idea he wrote about in April 2010, combined it with what was happening in Miami (as told to him by Red Eye BBQ) and did the very first iteration of The Food Truck Bazaar. An estimated 4,000 people showed up and its been going ever since.
