The next iteration of the Orange County Public Library System's monthly panel called Small Business Big Ideas is "How to Start a Food Truck" on Tuesday March 20, 2012 at 6pm at the downtown public library (101 East Central Boulevard Orlando, FL 32801). Mark Baratelli, creator of The Food Truck Bazaar, will moderate a panel of Orlando's top gourmet food truck owners including The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, The Travelling Gourmet, Mamma's Fixins, Fantastic Hummus, Fork in the Road, KBurgers, Twisted Cuban and Melissa's Chicken and Waffles.
