According to the Orlando Business Journal, without any capital appropriations, the $207 million 20-acre UCF downtown campus project today received $5.8 million from the Florida Board of Governors to go towards its 2015-16 "fixed capital outlay legislative budget request." The first of two Creative Village-placed buildings will be a student support and services building.
