We would like to thank the over 100 attendees who came out to our panel "How to Start a Food Truck" last night. We'd also like to thank the library for asking us to do it in the first place and the experts on the panel who gave their time and knowledge to the packed house: The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, The Travelling Gourmet, Mamma's Fixins, Fork in the Road, KBurgers and Twisted Cuban. The panel was filmed by the library and as soon as they have it ready we will share it with you.
