Peterbrooke (300 S. Park Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789) is doing "Chocolate Camp" every Tuesday or Wednesday in June and July, 11am-1:30pm, for $40. The "sweet alternative to traditional camp" includes a chocolate history lesson, a how-to on hand-tempering chocolate and dip treats and sammiches and snacks. Sounds like fun.
