The new bar, art gallery and arcade BART (Facebook, Twitter) had its soft opening Wednesday August 29, 2012 at 6pm at 1205 N. Mills Ave. in the Mills50 District. We attended and have some poorly-taken photos to share with you. There's beer, old time video games like Miss Pac Man and Centipede and a wall covered in art that's for sale.
