A neon green tank top-clad mannequin with a sign/necklace saying "Dress Sale" was placed on the sidewalks of Winter Park the other week. We alerted the WPTP (Winter Park Taste Police) but they just shrugged and asked us why we didn't know that neon green was the new tartan. Red in the face, we walked back to the scene of the taste-crime and apologized to the shop keeper for our lack of knowledge.
