Even though all of the work at Art Week Miami was interesting one of the most exciting things about our week in Miami was the chance to see firsthand Eva and Adele. The Berlin based couple who claim they're from the future, time machine landed just before the fall of the Berlin Wall or so they claim, have been an icon on the art scene since their breakthrough in a staged marriage at Berlin's Martin Gropius Bau museum in the midst of a Germany reunification piece in 1991. The couple, who actually got married as two women after Eva had her sex officially changed in 2011, are now a symbol of freedom in the former Soviet Union and are even featured in some German religious textbooks. You may also know them from U.K. based show "Eurotrash" where from 1997 till 2002 the duo did a number of performance sketches under the name 'The Eggheads' where they would place items on their heads such as banana peels. And yes they do always dress exactly the same, and they even always eat exactly the same.
