I was not able to attend Gavin DeGraw’s show last Saturday
but my favorite concert photographer Dan Nguyen (Facebook, Twitter) did. Check out his review and photos from
the show.
This past Saturday on Dec. 16, musician and
singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw performed at The House of Blues in Orlando, FL
for a full house show presented by Mix 105.1 and Children’s Miracle Network.
Gavin DeGraw performed with opening acts Casey Abrams of American Idol and Grace
Potter from the band Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. A fantastic singer and an
amazingly skilled piano player, DeGraw performed many of his hits including “In
Love with a Girl”, “Not Over You”, and “Chariot”. Besides performing, he also
took time to connect with his fans on a personal level by answering questions
and talking about his family.
Gavin DeGraw certainly brought a huge amount of energy and fulfillment to the
people of Orlando. Scores of fans sang along to his songs and cheered with tons
of excitement. In light of the recent Sandy Hook tragedy, DeGraw took the time
to dedicate a song to the families and victims involved, bringing many fans to
tears. Overall, this was a concert that all people—fans or not—would have enjoyed.
Gavin DeGraw had so much energy and life in his performance that you would love
it from beginning to end and want more when it was all over.
