Jaguar of Orlando Proposes New Millenia Dealership On Top of Retention Pond

In 2011 Jaguar of Orlando proposed a 2 story parking structure with a new 1,100 square foot showroom and an almost 12,000 square foot service center to be attached to their current Aston Martin dealership that sits between the Mall at Millenia and I-4 on Millenia Blvd. The plans were then put on hold with very little information on when this new dealership would be built. On Wednesday, February 13 permits were filed with SFWMD to commence construction. The new parking structure would be built over a pre-existing retention pond.

The Jaguar dealership would share a building with Aston Martin dealership while the Infiniti of Orlando and the Smart Car dealership are on the northern edge of the property. The Infiniti dealership already has a parking structure and also features roof top parking. The new dealership would add an estimated 374 parking spaces to the property.

The former proposal featured two phases with surface parking in the first phase and the second level of the parking structure being built in a later phase. The new proposal does not mention separate phases though this may still be the case. The new proposal also seems to have flipped the service area sideways allowing for more space outside of the building and now features around 13 service bays. The space outside of the building will have a paver display area that will be one of the only places to display cars along Millenia Blvd which will be the front of the dealership. A small surface parking area will also be in the front that will provide around 18 spaces.
