We love this idea!
There's a farmer in San Diego who uses old shopping carts as a vermin proof garden option. A restaurant in Toronto also has a shopping cart planter. And of course, here's someone taking it a step farther.
Can we get more in Central Florida, please? Offices could wheel them around, setting a different "garden" in a different spot each day. Restaurants could use them to display their vegetables of the day. They could hang from light poles, planted into the ground around parking lots.
