Booze-Topped Ice Cream and Sorbet Coming to EPCOT France Pavilion

By Ken Storey

Here’s a new way to get your booze fix while at EPCOT while drinking around the world. L’Artisan des Glaces, a new artisan ice cream and sorbet shop, is opening in the France pavilion by mid-June 2013.

There, you can get a shot of liquor on top of any sorbet or ice cream you wish.  The shot-topped ice cream and sorbet will be served in an oversized martini glass.

The shop will offer 16 flavors: 10 ice creams, 6 sorbets, all made in-house with fresh ingredients.

The new shop will occupy the space vacated by the former bakery. The bakery moved to a new much larger location earlier this year in front of a France-themed shop carrying leggy supermodel Minnie tees

No word if Monsieur Paul will carry the drinky dessert.
