Buena Vista Commons is a new 62,413 sq ft retail center on S. Apopka-Vineland Road just beside the Maa Durga Sai Baba Temple. The center will have a dentist and medical office space, a day care on one end and at least one restaurant space. The extension and I-4 flyover of Wildwood Ave will eventually end near the 6 acre development, meaning while the location is currently a bit out of the way it will soon be a direct path to the Vineland Ave outlets. The site was formerly zoned for residential usage; the Hidden Village mobile home park is located directly behind the new development. The development will feature five buildings, the first of which is currently being built now.
