While Fun Spot America in Orlando has been getting a
lot of attention for its
major expansion including its two new roller coasters Fun Spot USA in Kissimmee has had some roller coaster news of its own.
The spinning coaster found at the front of the park
opened in 2011 after being purchased from the former Cypress Gardens Adventure Park. The coaster is the first for Fun Spot to feature a sponsored name with Power Trip Energy Drinks as its naming sponsor. Last month the coaster quietly changed sponsors. The coaster is now known as the Rockstar Spinning Coaster.
Power Trip still features the former coaster on their homepage. Fun Spot also has yet to update
their website to reflect the new name.
