Orlando Immunology Center Walls Go Up, Clinic About to Be Tore Down

By Ken Storey

The Orlando Immunology Center (1707 N. Mills Ave, Orlando) is in the midst of a major expansion.  The expansion will be three stories tall, helping match the tall buildings going in across the Mills Ave at Mills Park which is also currently being developed.  A new pharmacy will be included in the plans and the expanded clinic will allow for OIC to assist 50% more patients each year.  Altogether the $5million project will expand the clinic to 18,600-square-foot. The new building has the pre-formed walls now in place.  The current clinic will begin demo'ing by mid-summer.  We checked in back at the beginning of April, 2013 before any of the walls were put in place.  The walls help to show what the clinic will ultimately look like.

The current clinic will soon be gone so that the new clinic can expand onto this property as well.
