Rescue one of the 120 Brise Soleil Panels for $2,500 Before the American Federal Building is Demolished
The American Federal Building (The Round Building) in downtown Orlando will be demolished soon. Below are some construction photos (date unknown) found in a great Facebook group. Notice how it was originally a one story building with unique panels covering its round shape.
The Nils M. Schweizer Fellows are helping to raise money for the removal, storage and repurposing of all 120 of the MCM precast brise soleil panels.
They're asking corporations, organizations and individuals to consider sponsoring one or more of the panels at a donation of $2,500 each. Donors name(s) will eventually be recognized on a bronze plaque.
