With both Universal Halloween Horror Nights and Busch Garden's Howl-O-Scream events in full swing the TV ads are popping up all the time these days. I have to admit, one looks better than the other. I think in this battle...Howl-O-Scream comes off as the winner with it's revamped 13 Ghost ( 2001 not the classic) remix comercial.
